〓Compensation Scope〓
Server Maintenance Compensation: Travelers who were at Adventure Rank 5 or above before 06:00 AM on 2023/09/27.
The compensation period ends before the 4.1 version is concluded.
Problem Fix Compensation: Travelers who were at Adventure Rank 5 or above before 06:00 AM on 2023/09/27.
Travelers are required to log in by 06:00 AM on 2023/09/30 to claim their compensation via game mail. The compensation will be sent to players by game mail within 5 hours after the maintenance, with a validity period of 30 days. Please claim the attachments promptly.
〓Update Time〓
Maintenance begins at 06:00 AM on 2023/09/27, with an expected completion time of 5 hours.
〓Client Update Method〓
PC: Close the current game, then restart the launcher and click on the update option.
iOS: Enter the App Store, then click on the update option.
Android: Once inside the game, follow the in-game pop-up instructions to complete the update.
PS5 or PS4: Open the system interface, select “Genshin Impact,” press the OPTIONS button on the controller, and select “Update.”

〓Update Content〓
I. New Region
The “Valoran” region has opened with the “Lirifire District” and “Valoran Energy Engineering Science Institute District.”
◆New Districts: In the 4.1 version, the Valoran region will open the “Valoran Court District” and “Valoran Energy Engineering Science Institute District.”
※After completing the Mythic Mission Chapter 3 “The Dragon and the Song of Freedom,” the north side of the Valoran Court District will automatically unlock a teleportation anchor point (travellers who completed related Mythic Missions before the update will also unlock this anchor point). When the anchor point is unlocked, players will receive a reward of Primals for unlocking it; if the anchor point is already unlocked, no new anchor points will be unlocked.
The Valoran region will also have new daily quests.
◆New Daily Quests: The new daily quests will be activated after completing the World Quest “Valoran Academy Chronicle.”
Additionally, the Valoran region will have new fishing spots and the “Suryou Yubisaki” layout.
II. New Character
“Apocalyptic Melody · Navelle (Water)” (★5)

◆The highest judge of Valoran, renowned for her incorruptible “Innocence and Justice.”
◆Navelle’s Heavy Strike can be charged. During the charging process, she can move and change her direction while absorbing a certain range of “Source Water Drops.” Each absorbed Source Water Drop will speed up the charging process and restore Navelle’s HP. If the charging is completed, she will perform a Heavy Strike and Fair Judgment, dealing water-elemental area damage to enemies in front of her in a straight line. If her HP is above 50%, the Fair Judgment will consume her HP, increasing the damage dealt.
◆Elemental Skill “Teardrops, I Will Repay”
◆Descend a surging waterfall, dealing water-elemental area damage to enemies, and generating a certain number of Source Water Drops upon hitting them.
◆Elemental Burst “Tides, I Have Returned”
◆Release a wave of骇waves, dealing water-elemental area damage to enemies and generating a certain number of Source Water Drops.
